J2 Family Hotel is an all-suite property which is located in the center of Jeju City, only 1.6 mi from Jeju International Airport. It offers a 24-hour front desk with currency exchange service. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire property.

Featuring solid wood furniture, each guest room is fitted with Korean heated flooring, a flat-screen TV and a refrigerator. The attached bathroom has a separate shower and free toiletries.

Good value City accommodation for short stay

Good value. In the city center where there are many eating places, convenient stores, pharmacy, shops etc. Free parking. The reception was kind and polite. Room is clean, bed is ok comfy.

The room come with a small kitchenette, but seems they don't expect you to use it. The bathroom was freezing, but the water is very hot.

Quiet comfort a block away from great shopping and nightlife.

While this hotel is close to a lot of great nightlife and shopping, the room itself was remarkably quiet and peaceful. I also enjoyed having lots of natural light in the room. It appeared to be recently renovated.

The living room furnishings were pretty bare. Also, the kitchen looks fully functional but doesn't come furnished with plates, silverware, or cooking equipment. Access to a microwave would have been nice, too.

Very good

The room is spacious and clean. Everything as per picture shown. The staff are helpful when we can't find parking lot for our rent car. The hotel situated not far from the main road and easier to find.

The kitchen only have the stove, sink and kettle. Nothing else. The dining table also only have one chair.

Good location

Very strategic location in city for shopping and food but not near the sea if that’s what you are looking for.

A bit dated but comfy. For the price i would recommend it.

Great room to come home to after a day of sightseeing

It is the same as the photos advertised. The bed is comfy & we have a town view from the window. Great shower with free foam & shampoo. Easy check in, the floor was quiet, it's like we are the only tenant. The interior has been uplift, modern fresh look & i love the window.

I wish the parking lot is not that narrow. The staff we encounter don't understand english so we can't get any local information from him but he is helpful when a car block our rental car. The door system is electronic & sometimes it does not work ( we fail to lock it before going out) we have to try & error to ensure it is locked.
